How do you put into practice this transformation? What steps can you take on a daily basis?
My search for wisdom: finding it in creative compassion, courage to act and accepting that transformational change was needed. Am I willing to change? Can I be vulnerable and open? Wisdom is so much more than knowledge, it’s in creative action.

Now, more than ever, we need to practice forgiveness: starting with forgiving ourselves and then working out into the community. Change begins when we let go of what we have been holding onto, in order to embrace all.

We want the pain to stop, but part of the healing process is learning to let go and release what we were holding onto. Love and compassion – for ourselves as well as others – is what gives us the strength to let go.
