These past three days, I’ve been feeling burdened and tired. I’ve been going to sleep early (like 8.30 p.m. early!), and waking up feeling sluggish.
The garden of my mind “Thoughts held in mind, produce after their kind.” We create our life experiences through our way of thinking. The way we think about a person shapes our actions and relationship with that person. The way we think about a situation “a problem, a crisis, an opportunity” directly impacts how we approach it.
